You feel a fluttering in your tummy. You get excited every time a message pops up on your phone. You find yourself laughing and smiling more, and they’re all you can think about. The early days of a relationship are often a whirlwind of passion and romance. And then things settle…

For many people, the honeymoon period gradually fades, and that all consuming desire becomes a distant memory as they fall into the routine of daily living. It doesn’t have to be that way though. Like anything in life though, you cannot expect a relationship to flourish without nourishment. 

Here are a few ideas to help you to stimulate a little more passion and romance in your relationship – or if you’re in the blissful honeymoon period, these are a few tips to help you keep that flame burning!
