OUR STORY

When the pressure hits, performance, mental health and wellbeing levels plummet. People burnout, become mentally unwell or they simply lose motivation and become disengaged.

We work with leaders and their teams to give them the knowledge and strategies to SUSTAIN performance and wellbeing – even in the face of adversity.

My career started at the top of mountains training people to lead through life threatening situations. This progressed to lecturing leadership skills and training teachers through to working with rescue teams, NHS senior leaders and business startups to global brands.

It quickly became clear that a good leader has strategies to sustain mental resilience and wellbeing, knows how to perform through challenges, and has the ability to help their teams do the same.

I created Sky Bounders to deliver highly effective training and coaching programmes that focus on the vital foundations – mental health, wellbeing, performance and leadership.

Since Sky Bounders was just a fledgling idea, it has evolved significantly and continues to grow. We have a superb team of associate trainers and coaches who bring their unique personalities and expertise to each programme.

We’ve worked with tech startups, corporations scaling globally, business schools and universities and delivered extensive training to guide NHS leaders and their teams through the COVID crisis. 

We are NOT just a training company. We are strategists who give you the skills, tools and beliefs to really put your learning into practice, so you can achieve your ultimate potential.

We are now on a mission to help as many as we can to move beyond mediocre and achieve the extraordinary.
